Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be delighted with your EndEra products. If you need to return your purchase, here’s how our policy works under UK law, with some added flexibility for your convenience.
Your Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. This cooling-off period begins the day after you (or someone you nominate, other than the carrier) receive the goods. As a gesture of goodwill, we extend this cancellation period to 30 days from the date of receipt.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 days. We’ll use the same payment method you used for the purchase, and you won’t incur any fees for the reimbursement. If you cancel within the cooling-off period but haven’t returned the goods yet, we may withhold the refund until we receive them or you provide proof of return (e.g., a tracking number), whichever is earlier.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return under the cancellation period:
The goods must have been purchased within the last 30 days.
The diffuser must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it (except for reasonable inspection).
The following cannot be returned under the cancellation right:
Fragrance bottles that have been opened or used (due to hygiene and safety reasons).
Goods damaged or used beyond what’s necessary to inspect them (e.g., excessive wear or fragrance depletion).
Custom-made or personalized items (if applicable).
We may reduce your refund to reflect any diminished value if the goods are returned in a condition beyond reasonable inspection.
Faulty or Misdescribed Goods
If your diffuser or fragrance is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you’re entitled to:
A full refund within 90 days of receipt (short-term right to reject).
A repair or replacement after 90 days, or a partial refund if no remedy is possible.

Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods under the cancellation period. Please send returns to:

We recommend using an insured, trackable service, as we cannot be held liable for items lost or damaged during return transit. Refunds will only be issued once we receive the goods or proof of return delivery.
Gifts
If your purchase was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, we’ll issue a gift credit for the value of the return once received. A gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver shipped it to themselves to give to you later, we’ll refund the original payer directly.
